What you bring A degree in the build environment or equivalent experience Experience managing or mentoring a team in housing, property or a similar area Understanding the collection of stock condition information in social housing Great communication skills to work well with teams and customers Confidence using survey software and turning data into action A passion for helping people learn and grow We’re sorry, but we can’t offer sponsorship for this role due to certificate limits. Job details You’ll work Monday to Friday You’ll manage your own diary, so if you want to take a longer lunch for a haircut or swim, you can use your flexi time to manage that! This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend 2 days in the Strawberry Lane office in Newcastle and the rest working from home To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
