Overview
As an executive personal assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including diary management, email management, organising meetings, taking notes/minutes at meetings, following up on actions and co-ordinating responses to enquiries and complaints.
* To be responsible for preparing and co-ordinating the relevant papers for meetings.
* Email and Diary management including screening inboxes for meeting invites and casework, co-ordinating meetings, which may include preparing agendas, taking minutes and recording and following up on actions. Experience of providing secretarial/PA support to a Senior Manager/Director or similar role within an organisation.
* You must be able to work at pace with attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and switch between a number of conflicting priorities.
* You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as playing a critical role in an important team. You will be a loyal individual who upholds a high level of confidentiality.
* Substantial experience of using Microsoft Office packages, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer to complete work task
* Experience of taking minutes and notes of meetings
