Due to continued growth and increasing operational demand, we are looking to recruit a Demand Analyst to join our busy Supply Chain team.

You will support and shape demand planning activities across a broad and diverse product portfolio, helping ensure products are delivered on time, in full, and cost‑effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in forecasting or demand planning within a seasonal or fast‑moving environment. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

The Role
* Demand Analyst within a leading horticulture manufacturer
* Managing forecasts and supporting production planning across multiple divisions
* Working from a single site (static), Monday-Friday and having hybrid working model
The Candidate
* Experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting
* Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems
* Strong stock management and supply chain understanding
* Excellent Excel skills and commercial awareness
