Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
Yard duties such as direct sales and filling containers
Welcome and greeting visitors, receiving deliveries and dealing with customers in person
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Handle clerical duties such as typing, scanning, and photocopying
Support team members with various projects and tasks as required
Experience
Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks
