An ambitious, fast-growing business in the workforce accommodation sector (over £9m in sales since 2022) is seeking a Creative Marketing Lead
to elevate its brand presence and drive inbound growth. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape storytelling, campaigns, and reputation across key B2B channels.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Strategy Lead, this position owns the marketing calendar and creative brand output. From LinkedIn campaigns to PR opportunities, the focus is on building visibility, trust, and engagement across target sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a monthly marketing calendar across social platforms, especially LinkedIn
* Create engaging content that drives brand awareness and inbound leads
* Align campaigns with commercial priorities and ESG messaging
* Manage brand storytelling across digital, social, and event touchpoints
* Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads) and refine strategy
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to connect marketing with growth
* Explore and execute PR opportunities to boost reputation
Candidate Profile
* Creative, proactive marketer with B2B experience (construction, energy, or workforce sectors a plus)
* Strong written and visual communication skills with a flair for storytelling
* Proficient in creative/digital tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe CC, HubSpot)
* Organised and resilient, with strong project management skills
* Analytical mindset with ability to link content performance to business outcomes
* Growth-oriented with a sense of ownership
* Videography and editing experience desirable

* Consistent, creative, and measurable marketing calendar delivered monthly
* Increased engagement and visibility across social and digital platforms
* Growth in inbound interest, MQLs, and brand reputation
* Brand story recognised across key client sectors
