Home Manager Needed in Grays Howard Finley Care are currently on the look out for an experienced home manager to work within our clients residential Learning Disability service. The home is rated 'Good' by the CQC and is looking for a manager to provide leadership to the home and to take it to new lengths Home Manager vacancy details and experience: £30,000 - £32,000p/a. Full time contract. Permanent position. Needs to be able to work with flexibability to meet the needs for the home. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management is essential. Be happy to become registered with CQC. Have a good understanding of CQC regulations and legislations. To have experience managing residents with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions. Home Manager main duties: provide information, advice and support to residents, families and staff. help residents access local services. monitor business performance and quality of care. agree contracts, budgeting and fundraising. develop policies and keep private information confidential.
