Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for interest and complex Private Client work
* Managing Probate applications
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Enduring Powers of Attorney
* Court of Application applications
* Managing a standard High Street caseload
* Partake in Business Development and networking opportunities to help grow an already strong client base
* Give advice to clients on all aspects of Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
* Confidently support other members of the team
* Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the legal practice as a whole
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law
* Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulation
* Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
* Knowledge of GDPR
* Responsible and Trustworthy
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
* Committed to provide efficient and accurate work
* Cultural awareness and a professional approach to work generally
