Ensuring the kitchen remains clean and tidy at all times Assisting in taking deliveries and checking stock to ensure this remains at sufficient levels Have a thorough and up to date knowledge of the food menu Helping to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen To undertake any other duties as required by the Head Chef to ensure the effective running of the kitchen.
