About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Post Room Staff member to join our team at Waldrons Solicitors. You will play an essential role in supporting the firm by managing both incoming and outgoing post and documents, ensuring that our administration processes run smoothly. This is a key position in our firm, with a wide variety of tasks that require strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the firms post by opening, scanning, and allocating mail items.
* Prepare outgoing post for dispatch via Royal Mail.
* Assist with archiving and record-keeping tasks.
* Support the administration team with photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies (paper and toner).
* Handle original documents, ensuring proper logging, certification, and secure return or delivery.
