Job Title
Senior ICT Support Analyst
The Role
The main purpose of a Vospers Senior ICT Support Analyst is to deliver on all related Company objectives by providing professional, positive ICT solutions throughout the company. Work closely with the Group ICT Solutions Manager to assist with the delivery of a responsive and reliable service to its customers.
* Work as a technical point of escalation for the ICT Service desk, ensuring ICT Support Analyst staff are trained and mentored to a high standard.
* Support staff in the appropriate use of ICT within the business, focusing on support workload distribution within the ICT Service Desk Team.
* Provide technical support by assisting with the resolution of ICT-related problems, focusing as a point of escalation, while completing quality control checks.
* Manage workload and priorities effectively using the helpdesk tool, ensuring ICT Service Desk tickets are updated, maintained, and closed in a timely manner across all queues.
* Responsible for general maintenance and security of ICT, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, WiFi, and printers.
* Assist with deployment of hardware and software, ensuring quality and documentation standards are met.
* Serve as a technical point of contact within the ICT Service Desk, assisting the ICT Infrastructure Team as needed.
* Recognize, report, and act on security issues to protect against ICT threats.
* Lead or assist with departmental projects.
* Configure network equipment and conduct new user inductions to ensure understanding of ICT systems and procedures.

40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
