Personal Assistant to the Chief Pharmacist and Deputy Chief Pharmacist
Part‑time (30 hours per week) with a hybrid/remote arrangement, requiring occasional office presence.
Shortlisting commences 21/01/2026 with interviews scheduled for 04/02/2026.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient administrative, secretarial and organisational support to the pharmacy leadership team.
* Manage calendars, diary and schedule appointments.
* Take accurate minutes and prepare meeting agendas.
* Prepare, edit and format documents, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
* Coordinate and support communication and information flow within the department.
* Prepare reports and presentations as requested.
* Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proactive, highly competent and resilient with strong organisational skills.
* Good knowledge of NHS structure and processes.
* Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
* Minute‑taking and diary management expertise.
* Advanced IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with SharePoint.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong initiative and independent working style.
