Job Description:
Corin is seeking a passionate HR and Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team at our Cirencester Head Office. This role is crucial in managing recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new employees.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting recruitment activities, including posting job adverts and maintaining the HR System (Dayforce)
* Organizing work experience and T-Level programs
* Reviewing CVs, screening candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offer and onboarding administration
* Conducting Right to Work and employment checks
* Coordinating onboarding, HR induction, and mandatory training activities
* Ensuring provision of PPE, uniforms, and equipment to new starters
* Acting as the main contact for new employees and supporting training schedules and induction processes
* Maintaining training records and organizing check-in meetings with new hires
* Supporting process improvements and HR projects
Ideal candidate qualities:
* Passionate about working with people, ideally pursuing or planning to attain CIPD Level 3
* Experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous
* Customer-focused with strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
* Confidentiality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
* Experience with HR systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
