Band 3 Data Quality Officer
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑focused Band 3 Data Quality Officer to support the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation, focusing on data migration, validation, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities:
* Support daily data validation, resolve data quality issues at the source, and assist operational teams in maintaining high data accuracy.
* Ensure safe and reliable data migration and support Trust‑wide reporting during the transition to the new EPR.
* Collaborate with the Data Migration and Reporting Team to maintain data integrity and completeness.
Qualifications:
* Experience with TPP SystmOne is essential.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
