Overview

Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power supporting our retail shops with welcoming, high-quality service and hospitality. You will engage warmly with every visitor, promote our online and retail products, and help ensure an outstanding experience for customers in-store.


Responsibilities

* Assist customers to place bets through various channels, such as betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions.
* Maintain excellent shop presentation to create an inviting atmosphere.
* Take on shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager to ensure smooth daily functioning.
* Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused.
* Perform social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
* Host customers in-store, cross-sell retail and online products and services, clearly answer customer queries, and inform customers about current promotions.


How you’ll do it

Exceed customer expectations by building effective relationships and creating a warm, positive environment that customers enjoy. Focus on clear communication and delivering excellent hospitality in the retail betting environment.


Qualifications

* Proactive and motivated with a drive to achieve results and meet shop goals and targets.
* Full training provided if you have not worked in the betting industry before; attitude matters.
