What We Are Looking For
* Drive sales and maximise profit — identify opportunities to increase store contribution. Implement company standards for layout, analyse reports, conduct daily floor walks, delegate effectively, monitor competitor activity, and communicate trade feedback across all levels.
* Connect with customers — ensure a world-class shopping experience, lead by example, motivate the team to deliver genuine service, and maximise opportunities to upsell across the store.
* Recruit and retain top talent — recruit, train, coach, anddevelop team members, drive succession planning, and manage performance.
* Control costs and manage loss prevention — optimise payroll, ensure the right people are in the right place, deter theft through service, and maintain effective stock and operational controls.
* Demonstrate a proven track record in managing store KPIs including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service; communicate effectively across all levels; show strong leadership; and deliver a world-class customer experience.
* Previous Store Manager experience or experience as a Deputy Manager seeking the next step up.
