Sessional and Contracted Positions Available
Working with Children with Special and Additional Needs:
* Provide professional care and support to vulnerable people
* Provide person-centred care
* Conduct client needs assessments and reviews
* Organise play and leisure activities for children, young people, and adults
* Develop and ensure regular review of individual care and support plans
Minimum Requirements:
* Educated to GCSE level
* Holds a health and social care qualification
* Passionate about supporting vulnerable people
* Ideally has some experience working in the health and social care sector
* Able to work individually and as part of a team
* Outgoing, positive, empathetic personality and a clear communication style
