Salary: £10,065.60 – £10,672.40 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.
Hours: 15 hours each week. Weekend work (Saturday & Sunday) between 7am and 10pm.
The Role

From helping a locked‑out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party, the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing a welcoming front‑of‑house reception service
* Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
* Planning and running events for our students

* An excellent communicator; happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
* Great time‑management and organisational skills
