R/GA EMEA are looking for for a Strategy Director on a FTC for 12 months to work with our entertainment client.
Background:
This role will sit within our clients embedded team. We are a mixed team (Agencies + client team) working in squads to achieve great work across owned channels (Web+crm+app). The idea is to do the best work in terms of experiences for consumers that are personalised and drive positive brand advocacy and commercial outcomes.
This person will be a key member of a Guild that will act as a creative center of excellence.
Responsibilitieswill include:
* Brief Development
* Craft comprehensive creative briefs that align all stakeholders on the business objective and KPIs, and unlock audience and product truths that will guide the team to develop best-in-class creative work
* Partner with creatives and cross-discipline group of clients (tech, marketing, and analytics) in an embedded team model
* This role will partner closely with the creative director role we are hiring for
* Storytelling
* Need to be able to produce high quality presentations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders of various disciplines.
* They need to bring a POV and know how to get everyone on the same pages
* Strong background and deep understanding in marketing strategy for owned channels (web, eCRM, app) across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, engagement, and retention)
* Data-driven with experience applying omni-channel personalisation to deliver hyper-relevant and engaging experiences
* Gaming experience is a big plus and ideal
