Full-time Front of House - 45 Hours per week
Searcys is opening an incredible new venue in one of London's most iconic, historic spaces this year, and we are seeking a talented Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender at Searcys, you will support the Bar Supervisor in the daily operations of the Private Members Club at the National Gallery. Your responsibilities include creating stylish signature cocktails, delivering exceptional service to our guests, and serving an extensive wine and champagne selection curated by our Head of Champagne.
The role is based in the newly refurbished Sainsbury's wing at The National Gallery. Searcys is proud to collaborate with Michelin-starred Chef Giorgio Locatelli on this project.

The Bartender will oversee the bar area, supporting the team to deliver outstanding service, maintaining drinks and service standards, and driving sales through upselling and encouraging repeat visits.
Salary: £14.85 per hour including Tronc.
Working schedule: 5 days over 7, with gallery hours from 10 am to 6 pm, and Fridays until 9 pm.
Responsibilities include:
* Passion for food and drinks
* Managing the beverage offer, including cocktails, beers, garnishes, and non-alcoholic options
* Maintaining service and operational standards efficiently
* Updating cocktail lists with innovative products while managing GP and stock
* Building relationships with guests, team members, and clients
* Acting as a professional ambassador for the brand
* Enhancing staff productivity and efficiency
* Performing additional duties as required by the General Manager
* Having 1-2 years of experience as a bartender
* Possessing a strong beverage background
* Desirable: a love of coffee
