What You'll Be Doing:


* Strategic Customer Management – Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers while ensuring adherence to commercial terms.
* Business Growth & Sales Expansion – Drive new business opportunities, cross-sell additional products, and lead negotiations to maximize revenue.
* Prospecting & Deal Closing – Develop leads through cold calls, market intelligence, and CRM analysis, delivering compelling proposals and presentations.
* Leadership & Team Support – Provide guidance and motivation to the Account Management team, fostering success.
* Market Insights & Strategy Development – Analyse market trends, report strategic feedback, and contribute to company-wide growth initiatives.


What We’re Looking For:


* Industry Knowledge – Experience in the legal and/or insurance sector is desirable.
* Sales Expertise – Proven ability to manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
* Relationship Management – Strong communicator with a track record in managing accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering revenue growth.
* Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving – Ability to assess risks, overcome challenges, and make data-driven business decisions.
* Leadership & Motivation – Inspire teams and foster effective partnerships within the company.
