Forward Role have partnered with a high growth fashion brand on the search for an experienced Category Manager to lead the wholesale and B2B strategy. This is a newly created role with huge scope to make an impact, working closely with key partners. You will be the face of wholesale merchandising - shaping the go-to-market strategy, driving sales growth, and ensuring the business maximises opportunities within each account.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead the merchandising strategy across wholesale and B2B key accounts.
• Partner with retailers to optimise sell-in and sell-through.
• Conduct trend analysis, product lifecycle reviews, pricing, and positioning to ensure the brand is front of mind with retail partners.
• Attend and lead on-site meetings with key accounts, presenting ranges and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Shape and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring product launches land effectively across wholesale partners.
About You
• Strong experience in merchandising within wholesale / B2B channels (fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle sector preferred).
• Proven track record of working with major retailers
• Deep understanding of GTM processes and how to deliver successful product launches into wholesale.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent relationship builder.
