Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Salary: £49,000–£51,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, including on-call weekend responsibility We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to provide leadership and support in a health and social care setting. The ideal candidate will be NMC-registered and have strong post-registration clinical experience. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in care or nursing environments and a passion for delivering high standards of care. Key Responsibilities: Support the management team in the day-to-day clinical and operational running of the service. Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safety across all areas. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team. Assist in staff supervision, training, and development, ensuring competency across all clinical areas. Maintain regulatory compliance and contribute to internal audits and quality assurance processes. Participate in on-call duties as required during weekends. Contribute to service improvement initiatives and support the delivery of best-practice care. Candidate Requirements: Current NMC registration. Post-registration clinical experience in a care or nursing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a hands-on approach. Benefits: Competitive salary (£49,000–£51,000 depending on experience).
