Data Support Officer – Central Trust Required: ASAP Hours: 36.5 hours a week, Term Time Only 2 Weeks Salary: Grade 3 Points 9-22 £27,254 – £33,699 FTE per annum (Actual salary £25,177 - £31,131 per annum) Permanent Summit Learning Trust Mission Statement Success through Endeavour Ambition through Challenge Strength through Diversity About this Role Summit Learning Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated Data Support Officer to join our Central Data Team. Good-quality, reliable data underpins everything we do – from delivering excellent teaching and pastoral provision for our learners to offering effective support and professional development opportunities for our colleagues. As part of a central team, you will play a vital role in raising standards and improving outcomes for learners and colleagues across our Trust. Key Responsibilities Assist with producing high-quality, time-sensitive reporting outputs for various users – including Senior Leaders, Governors, and Trustees – in line with our reporting calendar. Provide administrative support in the team’s project management functions by helping to manage information about development requests. Provide first-line support to colleagues across the organisation via our helpdesk by handling routine data and systems queries Maintain records relating to data quality and systems usage across the organisation’s data structure. Coordinate review cycles for policies and procedures owned by the team to ensure documentation is kept up to date. Keep up to date and compliant with the policies and procedures in operation within the Trust and its Academies. About You You will need to demonstrate: A data-related qualification or relevant experience in a data driven environment. Strong computer literacy skills, including with applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A passion for working with data, collaborating with others, and your own continuous professional development.
