I’m Clare at Milk Education, and I’m on the lookout for talented STEM graduates who are ready to bring their knowledge to life in secondary schools across Surrey and Hampshire. We work with fantastic, welcoming schools that value enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting lessons across Science, Maths, Computing, Design & Technology, English, PE
2. Leading small group sessions and practical STEM activities
3. Helping students build confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning
4. Working alongside experienced teachers who will guide and mentor you
5. Taking part in our Unbottled School Speaker Programme – inspiring conversations around resilience, motivation and real-life challenges
What I’m Looking For
6. A STEM degree (Science, Maths, Engineering or related field)
7. A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
8. Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
9. Someone who’s reliable, caring, and eager to learn
What’s On Offer
10. £101.40 – £115 per day (depending on experience)
11. Full-time, term-time role, Monday to Friday (8:30am–3:30pm)
12. Ongoing training and development through Milk Education
13. Clear routes into teacher training (PGCE, SCITT or Apprenticeship)
