What you’ll be doing?
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy office environment, has the ability to build rapport, and is a genuine people person.
As a Wedding and Events Manager, you’ll organize conferences, weddings, and events from initial enquiry to the event day. You should be able to interpret clients’ visions to create memorable experiences, balancing sales and guest satisfaction, and ensuring rates are competitive and aligned with our luxury standards.
What you’ll need?
* Experience in a similar role or proactive sales within hospitality or events, preferably in a comparable property.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and drive sales while delivering first-class service.
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Team player attitude to support and collaborate with colleagues.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive in learning and problem-solving.
* Strong IT and administrative skills; experience with Hart PMS is a plus but not essential.
