Job Title: Site Supervisor (Industrial)Location: South BirminghamRate: £38 per hour (CIS)Working hours: Thursday - Monday 07:00 - 16:00Contract Length: 3 - 6 months We seek an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of a new industrial facility. Ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion. The role involves managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, conducting site inspections, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily site operations.- Lead and motivate teams and subcontractors.- Deal with deliveries and site access requests- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.- Liaise with external vendors and project managers.- Maintain accurate site records.Qualifications and Skills:- CSCS Gold card Holder/SSSTS/SMSTS- Proven industrial sector experience as a Site Supervisor in a CDM area.- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Relevant certifications in construction management or engineering preferred.If interested, please apply to this ad with an updated copy of your CV.
