Overview
Our fast-growing SAP practice is a dynamic and innovative environment where cutting-edge technology meets exceptional service delivery. You'll lead the SAP service delivery team to customers, ensuring contracted service commitments and continual service improvements. Collaborate with internal and external suppliers in a unified service partnership for customers. Work alongside diverse, skilled professionals (onshore/offshore) and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing SAP service delivery, stakeholder management, SLA compliance, and service risks.
* Leading, motivating, and developing the SAP support team, directly or indirectly, to build business capability and drive quality improvement.
* Managing service costs and improving productivity for complex customer contracts.
* Identifying and defining requirements for new services in collaboration with customers.
* Ensuring all services are professionally introduced and accepted into service.
* Driving continual improvement of Service Delivery standards and practices for customer contracts.
* Innovating and contributing to the broader service delivery community.
* Supporting proposal development and bid activities, especially in the gas and utilities sector.
* Managing SAP release cycles, including planning, coordination, and execution of releases across environments.
* Ensuring release governance, quality assurance, and compliance with change management protocols.
* Drive DevOps adoption in SAP landscapes, including automation and streamline release processes using CI/CD pipelines.
* Understanding of various monitoring and testing tools.
Qualifications
* SAP Service Delivery Management Experience: In-depth knowledge of SAP landscapes, integration, migration, and cloud solutions. Experience managing large-scale SAP projects, including resource allocation and risk management.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, delegate tasks, and motivate team members.
* Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
* Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering superior service and building long-term client relationships.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP service delivery management or related roles.
* Technical: Strong understanding of SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP FSM, ECC6.0), with familiarity in other ERP systems as an advantage.
* Domain: Experience in Gas or Utility sector would be beneficial.
* Certifications: ITIL accreditation or equivalent, and SAP RUN methodology expertise.
