What's the job?
A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Trading Team Manager is to create a truly inclusive high performing team to deliver an exceptional service for our customers in store. In this role you will:
1. Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions.
2. Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
3. Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count
