What you’ll be doing:
As a key member of the HR team, you will provide practical, timely and professional HR support across the business. Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues
2. Coaching and advising line managers on HR policies and best practice
3. Supporting workforce planning, restructures and change management projects
