Product Executive - South Korea Specialist The role: This role plays an important part in the research, development, and ongoing performance of the assigned product area, ensuring that everything we sell is well-considered, encompasses our sustainability requirements, is targeted to our customer demographics, embodies our values, and can deliver the high-quality trips our customers would expect. Key responsibilities: Load and maintain accuracy of product and itineraries in our internal product database Assist Global PR and Trade Managers with various duties including the creation and coordination of itineraries for press and agent trips to InsideAsia destinations Maintain the client documentation framework including destination guides, consulting with Marketing to produce additional client facing resources as required. Maintain strong relationships with our ground handlers to ensure scope and quality of product offering and customer experience Proactively research new product opportunities and planning as required, attending webinars to stay abreast of recent developments under the guidance of the product manager or senior product executive What we are looking for from you: In depth experience and knowledge of travel within South Korea or Southeast Asia A meaningful level pf experience within a sales or product role within the travel industry A cultured understanding as to what makes exciting, commercially viable product Previous experience building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders Able to manage a varied and complex workload independently, prioritising appropriately and approaching others for support when needed Excellent communication skills - able to devise content that informs, inspires, excites, and engages, as well as being comfortable creating and presenting information to a range of audiences.
