HVAC Engineer Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: RAF Croughton / RAF Barford St Johns Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM4:30PM, with paid on-call 1 week in 4 The Role Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team supporting critical infrastructure for the UK Defence Sector? We are looking for a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and supporting vital military facilities. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems at RAF Croughton and surrounding sites. You will work both independently and as part of a wider engineering team, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This position covers planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor installations while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards such as RAMS, COSHH, and RIDDOR. Youll also manage your own schedule, complete all relevant documentation, and respond to emergency callouts as part of the on-call rota.
