About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk / Management Accountant to join our Group Finance team. This is a key role responsible for billing company recharges to our subsidiaries, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting wider group finance activities.
In addition, the role offers exposure to a variety of ad hoc tasks such as audit support and group administrative projects, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a broad finance function.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process recharge invoices to subsidiaries in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable balances across the group.
* Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
* Provide support during audits, including preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.
* Contribute to group administrative tasks and ad hoc finance projects.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the Group Finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting.
About You
* Ideally studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (AAT / ACCA / CIMA) or eager to begin studying – full study support will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
* Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and subsidiaries.
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with accounting systems.
