Responsibilities
* Availability for evenings and weekends
* Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
* Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
* Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
* Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
* Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
* Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
* Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
* Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
* Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
* Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
* A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Availability for evenings and weekends (required)
