Inspire Education Group is looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Skills Trainer Assessor to join our Early Years team.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with industry experience and a passion for coaching, mentoring and supporting learners to achieve their full potential within Early Years education and childcare.
You will work closely with T Level and foundation students, supporting them throughout their learning journey both in college and within workplace settings.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Assessor, you will provide coaching, assessment and mentoring support to learners undertaking Early Years qualifications.
The Early Years Assessor will play a key role in helping learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed within the sector, while building strong relationships with employers and supporting positive learner outcomes.
