Warehouse Operative (FLT Counterbalance)
Location: Salford, M50

Shift Pattern:
* 4 days on / 4 days off
* 4 nights on / 4 days off
* 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00
Pay Rates:
* Monday–Friday: £14.51 per hour
* Saturday: £21.79 per hour
* Sunday: £29.02 per hour
* Bank Holiday: £29.02 per hour
* Midweek overtime: £21.79 per hour
Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with FLT Counterbalance experience to join our client in the Salford (M50) area.
Duties include:
* General warehouse duties
* Manual handling (up to 20kg bags of flour)
* Picking and packing
* Machine operation
* Production work
* Quality checking products
* FLT Counterbalance duties
Tasks are evenly split throughout the shift as required.
Requirements:
* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-house accepted)
* Reliability and ability to work rotating shifts
