We are looking for a highly motivated professional Residences Manager to join our team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.
The Residences at The Retreat are 9 self-catered apartments, offering a new dynamic to our business by providing guests the opportunity to enjoy Elcot Park within larger residences. These are privately owned residences managed by Signet Hotels.
Our guests are at the heart of everything we do, and as such, you’ll be an ambassador for the company and a key organizer for The Residences at The Retreat Elcot Park.

You will:
* Work Monday to Friday, 20-30 hours per week.
* Help set up, run, and manage The Residences at The Retreat, a new business venture.
* Create SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain high standards in all residences, ensuring owner and tenant satisfaction.
* Manage bookings, serve as the main contact for tenants, and upsell add-ons and experiences.
* Update owners on residence status and upcoming lettings.
* Manage inventory and conduct regular inventories.
* Oversee maintenance, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
* Handle invoicing and billing processes for owners.
* Assist with housekeeping management and operations as needed.
* Maximize income through upselling dining, spa, and additional services.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Communicate business performance and promotions to colleagues.
* Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and role performance.
