The Logistics Spares Planning and Procurement department is a busy, thriving department, central to the availability of spares parts for the business-to-business customer supply chain and for our internal Bosch service engineers. Our responsibility covers planning incoming material from the international supply chain and solving any issues within this chain. In this role, you will be responsible for: Co-ordinating daily with a number of Bosch sites and independent suppliers and task for raising purchase orders and tracking delivery. You will plan spares production requirements onsite at Worcester to ensure availability of stock. You will support service engineers in the field with stock queries and order replenishment of stock, to ensure the ‘first time fix’ KPI for our Service department and ultimately, the end customer for heating and hot water.
