About the Role:
Vocational Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Lambeth to appoint a dedicated and nurturing Early Years Educator for a full-time role starting in September 2026.
This is a long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development within the EYFS, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities for the Early Years Educator Role:
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS learning activities
* Promote children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS Framework
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress
* Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to maintaining high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
Requirements for the Early Years Educator Role:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
* Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
* Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS Framework
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
