Responsibilities
* Providing essential personal care and companionship
* Assisting with meal prep, shopping and household tasks
* Supporting with medication management
* Encouraging independence to help customers stay in their own homes
* Promoting customer health and well-being
Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car
* To be aged 18+
* The ability to work alternate weekends
* The ability to work our shift pattern
* PAID shadowing shifts
* Guaranteed Hours Contracts available after probation

Benefits and Compensation
* Competitive Pay:
o £13.25/hour Contact time
o £12.71/hour Non-Contact time
o £15.50/hour Bank Holidays
o 35p mileage allowance
* Paid Travel Time, Part time - 8am - 3pm with commitment to alternate weekends
