About the Role As a Support Worker, you’ll support individuals with learning disabilities to live happy, fulfilling lives. No two days are the same! You’ll be: - Supporting with daily activities and routines - Encouraging independence and choice - Offering emotional support and companionship - Building strong, meaningful relationships You’ll work with a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique strengths, personalities and support needs.
