We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to take charge of clinical operations, inspire a dedicated care team, and uphold a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care. This is an outstanding opportunity for either an experienced Nurse Manager looking for a fresh challenge or a Deputy Manager eager to step into a senior leadership role. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice and resident care. Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care team to deliver excellence. Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and professional standards. Ensure safe staffing levels, carrying out recruitment checks, references, and Access NI clearance. Uphold legal and professional requirements, including NMC registration and right-to-work documentation. Work closely with the Deputy Manager to provide consistent, high-quality care. About You Minimum 3 years experience as a Nurse Manager in a care home setting. Active NMC PIN with no restrictions. Strong leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and resident wellbeing. Must have the right to work in Northern Ireland (sponsorship not available).
