About the RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Banksman ticket and be confident managing vehicle and machinery movements across a live site.
Responsibilities
1. Directing site traffic and ensuring safe vehicle movements
2. Coordinating deliveries and guiding large plant/vehicles
3. Maintaining clear and safe access routes on site
4. Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
5. Valid CPCS Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket
6. Full PPE: hard hat, high‑vis, safety boots, gloves, glasses
7. Previous experience in a similar role
8. Strongmunication skills
9. Reliability and a positive attitude
