Office Administrator Wanted - £12.26 per hour - Start ASAP

Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 14:30pm (No weekends!)
Start Date: Immediate
Type: Ongoing agency work with permanent opportunities

Since 2020, Pure Staff has partnered with this trusted and established automotive distribution company. They're now looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support their busy operations team.

About the Role

As an Office Administrator, your duties will include:

Handling general administrative tasks to support the office team
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assisting with order processing and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring documentation is properly filed and up to date
Supporting other departments with ad hoc tasks when requiredWhat We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 6 months' recent office administration experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and time management
Confident IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
