About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive store success through sales, KPIs, and team development. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team in an environment where product knowledge is key to engaging passionate outdoor enthusiasts. Your goal is to maintain a great store appearance and deliver excellent customer service, sharing your passion and helping everyone enjoy the outdoors. We all serve as Brand Ambassadors!
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and a flair for visual merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. An enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is a must!
