This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students overcome barriers to learning. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students who may display challenging behaviour or require emotional and social development guidance. Working closely with the pastoral team, SENCO, and teaching staff to implement behaviour strategies and support plans. Helping maintain a calm, positive and safe learning environment both inside and outside the classroom. Supporting de-escalation, restorative approaches, and consistent behaviour routines across the school. Building strong, trusting relationships with students to help them re-engage positively with school life. What We’re Looking For: Experience supporting young people in a school, youth work, residential or SEN setting (desired but not essential).
