STADA UK Thornton & Ross - Senior Product Manager Biosimilars & Branded Launches | Gx Team Reading |U.K.| Full-time | Permanent About The Role As the Senior Product Manager for Biosimilars & Branded Launches, you will lead the commercial strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management of biosimilars and branded generics, delivering cost-saving medicines to the NHS and expanding patient access. Operating within a payer-led environment, youll ensure high-quality product launches and sustained in-market performance while driving growth across STADA UKs Gx Hub. Collaborating cross-functionally and globally, youll shape strategies that align local market needs with global priorities. How You Will Make an Impact Lead the commercial strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management for biosimilars and branded generic launches. Develop and execute brand plans tailored to market dynamics, biosimilar lifecycle stages and supply constraints, fully utilising financial management and planning. Deliver successful product launches with go-to-market strategies that ensure rapid uptake and adoption. Define and execute pricing strategies, including tender management and volume-price trade-offs. Align supply and demand forecasts with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to prevent stock risks. Equip field teams with tools, training, and insights to execute strategies effectively. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Supply, Finance, and Global teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Manage performance metrics, including forecasting accuracy, pricing impact, and execution quality. What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in biosimilars, branded generics or established medicines. Strong understanding of NHS systems, payer dynamics, and healthcare market access. Expertise in pricing, tender strategy, product launches and brand planning. Advanced analytical skills for decision-making and performance optimisation. Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration capabilities. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong adaptability and resilience. Excellent communication skills to enable field teams and foster organizational alignment.
