Job Responsibilities
Essential
* Working in a safety critical environment.
* Previous experience leading/supervising/managing teams of skilled engineers in an automotive tier 1 environment.
* Indentured apprenticeship.
* Managing teams working on different shift patterns.
* Good Leadership and coaching skills.
* Proven organisational skills.
* Broad engineering skills in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic disciplines.
Desirable
* CNC maintenance and servicing (highly desirable)
* Assembly line maintenance and servicing (highly desirable)
* ABB IRC5 Robot maintenance and servicing (highly desirable)
* Siemens TIA Portal
* Working in a highly demanding and fast paced environment.
* IOSH Managing Safely.
* IATF 16949 / ISO 14001.
* Knowledge of CMMS systems (Agility).
* Knowledge of RCM principles.
* Experience developing FMEA led PM’s.
* PC skills including Microsoft Office.
