Job Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality administration and coordination within the Organisational Development and Culture (ODC) Team for learning and development initiatives.
2. Coordinate training programs, develop training materials, and use learning management systems (LMS) for scheduling, recording, and reporting.
3. Collaborate with internal and external contacts to support university-wide projects and provide excellent customer care.
4. Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external training and development queries.
Qualifications and Experience
1. GCSE English and Maths at level 4/Grade C or above, or equivalent.
2. Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport at all levels.
4. Experience working in a busy administrative role managing multiple tasks.
5. Experience providing excellent customer service.
