Location: Kendal | Pay: £12.60–£13.00 per hour. Full‑time, part‑time or flexible shifts available.
What You'll Do
 * Support individuals with day‑to‑day tasks – from personal care to life skills.
 * Encourage independence, confidence, and decision‑making.
 * Be a companion, mentor, and advocate.
 * Help people access the community – shopping, social events, work placements.
 * Handle challenging behaviour with compassion and calm.
 * Be part of a team that feels like family.
What You'll Need
 * Kindness, patience, and a sense of humour.
 * Willingness to learn and grow.
 * Good communication and teamwork skills.
 * Experience is great – but attitude matters more.
 * A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential.
