The Role
We are mobilising a significant technical workforce and are looking for skilled professionals with a background in aerospace, automotive, rail, marine, or precision manufacturing.
Who are we looking for?
* Aircraft structures and fitter technicians: precision assembly of major structural components.
* Mechanical assembly technicians: high‑tolerance assembly of sub‑systems and mechanical units.
* Composite technicians: layup, trimming, and repair of advanced carbon fibre materials.
* Sheet metal workers: fabrication and forming of complex metallic components.
* CNC and machining technicians: programming and setting 3/5‑axis machines for high‑value parts.
* Manufacturing and production technicians: supporting the flow of the assembly line with technical precision.
You will have the following qualifications & experience
* Modern apprenticeship NVQ level 3
* Time‑served apprenticeship City & Guilds, or equivalent in a mechanical discipline.
* Proven background in assembly, general fittings and component installations.
* Experience with hand tools.
* Ability to read complex engineering drawings and adhere to strict quality standards.
* A safety‑first approach and a desire to work on world‑class engineering projects.
